Abstract
U radu je predstavljen koncept energetski učinkovitog rješenja pogona male destilerije s ciljem smanjenja potrošnje energije i ekološkog otiska, te povećanja održivosti proizvodnog procesa. Analizirano je postojeće stanje destilerije, pri čemu su identificirani ključni problemi, kao što su visoki gubici energije zbog zastarjele opreme i neefikasnog sustava hlađenja. Predložene su mjere za modernizaciju, uključujući ugradnju solarnih fotonaponskih panela za proizvodnju električne energije, zamjena starog kotla energetski učinkovitijim modelom s električnim grijačima, te implementacija sustava za recikliranje vode. Očekuje se da će predložene mjere rezultirati značajnim smanjenjem operativnih troškova, smanjenjem emisije CO2, te povećanjem ukupne održivosti i konkurentnosti destilerije na tržištu. Rad također ističe važnost integracije obnovljivih izvora energije u male proizvodne pogone, što doprinosi globalnim ciljevima održivog razvoja.
Abstract (english)
This thesis presents the design of an energy-efficient solution for powering a small distillery with the aim of reducing energy consumption and environmental footprint, as well as increasing the sustainability of the production process. Current state of the distillery was analysed, identifying key issues such as high energy losses due to outdated equipment and an inefficient cooling system. Proposed modernization measures include the installation of solar photovoltaic panels for electricity generation, the replacement of the old boiler with a more energy-efficient model featuring electric heaters, and the implementation of a water recycling system. The proposed measures are expected to result in significant reductions in operational costs, CO2 emissions, and overall sustainability and competitiveness of the distillery in the market. The thesis also highlights the importance of integrating renewable energy sources for running small production facilities, which contributes to global sustainable development goals.
