Abstract
Kotlogradnja je jedan vrlo delikatan proces kod kojeg se primjenjuju razna znanja iz područja znanosti o materijalima, termodinamike, matematike, fizike i drugih. Kako bi kotlovski pogon radio sigurno i neometano potrebno je poznavati kako samo postrojenje funkcionira, a kako bi se kotlovsko postrojenje moglo sagraditi sigurno potrebno je poznavati svojstva materijala koji se koriste što je opisano u uvodu. U nastavku rada detaljno je objašnjen pojam i svojstvo zavarljivosti čelika koji se često koriste u kotlogradnji. Opisani su i glavni problemi koji se događaju pri njihovom zavarivanju te kako ih spriječiti ako je moguće, ili ublažiti. Ti glavni problemi su pojava hladnih i toplih pukotina. Na kraju rada su opisane metode koje ispituju pojavu pukotina te je dan primjer atesta kao finalna provjera zavarljivosti čelika.
Abstract (english)
Boiler construction is a very delicate process in which various knowledge in the field of materials science, thermodynamics, mathematics, physics and others are applied. In order for the boiler plant to operate safely and without interruption, it is necessary to know how the plant itself functions, and in order for the boiler plant to be built safely, it is necessary to know the properties of the materials used, as described in the introduction. The term and the weldability properties of steels commonly used in boiler construction are explained in detail below. The main problems that occur when welding is described and how to prevent or mitigate them if possible. These major problems are the occurrence of cold and hot cracks. At the end of the thesis, methods that test the occurrence of cracks are described and an example of a certificate is given as a final check of weldability of steel.
