Abstract
Tijekom posljednjih 10–20 godina, implementacija inovacija i automatizacija sustava rezultirale su poboljšanim uvjetima u području alatnih strojeva. Brojne inovacije u sustavu učinkovitosti povećali su produktivnost i doveli do smanjenja troškova proizvodnje. S naprednijom računalnom podrškom i digitalnom kontrolom, većim brzinama, boljom točnošću i većom fleksibilnosti došlo je i do razvoja samih materijala reznih alata. Unatoč tome, konvencionalni materijali reznih alata još su upotrebi za određene operacije. U ovom radu, naglasak je na trendovima razvoja materijala reznih alata, novim načinima izrade reznih alata poput prevlaka i metalurgije praha. Obrađuju se rezni materijali koji se proizvode metalurgijom praha. Pažnja je posvećena na nanostrukturirane tvrde metale dobivene metalurgijom praha i svojstva koja se pritom unaprjeđuju.
Abstract (english)
Over the last 10–20 years, the implementation of innovations and system automation have resulted in improved conditions in the field of machine tools. Numerous innovations in the efficiency system have increased productivity and increased reductions in production costs. With advanced computer support and digital control, higher speeds, better accuracy and greater flexibility, the cutting tool materials themselves have been developed. Nevertheless, conventional cutting tool materials are still used for certain operations. In this paper, the emphasis is on the development trends of cutting tool materials, new ways of making cutting tools such as coating and powder metallurgy. Cutting materials produced by powder metallurgy are mentioned and discussed. Attention is paid to nanostructured hard metals produced by powder metallurgy and properties that are improved.
