Abstract
U ovome radu analizirat će se izvedba sustava goriva dizelskog četverotaktnog brzokretnog motora i svih elemenata koji čine navedeni sustav. Bit će objašnjen princip rada dizelskog motora te karakteristike dizelskog goriva. Nakon toga objašnjena je razlika između dva načina ubrizgavanja goriva – Common-rail sustav i sustav pumpa-brizgaljka. Potom se opisuje sustav goriva dizelskog motora i elementi u njemu poput visokotlačne pumpe, filtera, hladnjaka, itd. Nakon opće analize sustava goriva slijedi analiza sustava goriva za motor osobnog vozila VW Caddy.
Abstract (english)
This paper will analyse the fuel oil system design of a 4-stroke high-speed diesel engine and all of the elements that form the aforementioned system. After explaining the work principles of a diesel engine, the difference between Common-Rail and unit injection will be explained, along with the elements of the fuel oil system, for example: high pressure pump, filters, coolers, etc. The general analysis of the fuel oil system is followed up by an analysis of the fuel oil system of a VW Caddy engine.
