Abstract
Tema diplomski rad je „ Podvodno zavarivanje“. U ovom radu govori se o razvoju i primjeni podvodnog zavarivanja, o osnovnim vrstama tehnika, njihovim podtehnikama, prednostima i nedostacima. Zatim o fizikalnim osnovama podvodnog zavarivanja. U nastavku su navedeni greške uzrokovane lošom tehnikom rada i pogrešno odabranim parametrima zavarivanja kod mokrog podvodnog zavarivanja te problemi koji se javljaju zbog posljedice vodene okoline u kojoj se zavarivanje odvija. Postoje razne metode ispitivanja hladnih pukotina a one se dijele na ispitivanja s vanjskim narinutim naprezanjima i ispitivanja s vlastitim zaostalim naprezanjima. Zadnji dio odnosi se na metodički dio u kojem se analizira nastavi program strukovnog srednjoškolskog obrazovanja za zanimanje zavarivač. Također dio metodičkog dijela čini priprema za izvođenje nastave.
Abstract (english)
The topic of the graduate thesis is "Underwater welding". This paper discusses the development and application of underwater welding, basic types of techniques, their sub-techniques, advantages and disadvantages, and physical basics of underwater welding. Errors caused by poor working technique and incorrectly selected welding parameters in wet underwater welding, as well as problems that occur due to the consequences of the aquatic environment in which welding takes place are set out hereafter. There are various methods of testing cold cracks, which are divided into tests with external shear stresses and tests with their own residual stresses. The last part refers to the methodological part in which the teaching program of vocational secondary education for the profession of welder is analyzed. Also, the preparation for classes is part of the teaching methodology.
