Abstract
Plazmom potpomognuto kemijsko taloženje PACVD (Plasma Assisted Chemical Vapor Deposition) je postupak koji je razvijen s ciljem kombiniranja karakteristika CVD i PVD postupaka. Tako se u postupku PACVD kombinira dobra adhezija CVD postupka s niskim temperaturama PVD postupka. Postupak se koristi za nanošenje glatkih prevlaka koje su dobro integrirane u osnovni materijal odnosno supstrat. Proces taloženja postiže se pomoću reakcijskih plinova između paralelnih elektroda s radijskim napajanjem koje pobuđuju reakcijske plinove u plazmu te u konačnici nanošenje produkta na supstrat. Postupak taloženja PACVD pogodan je za nanošenje prevlaka na raznovrsne supstrate. Najučestalija je primjena ipak za elemente strojeva i medicinsku opremu kao i rezne alate.
Abstract (english)
Plasma Assisted Chemical Vapor Deposition (PACVD) is a process developed to combine the characteristics of CVD and PVD processes. Thus, the PACVD process combines the good adhesion properties of the CVD process with the low temperatures of the PVD process. The method is used to deposit smooth coatings that are well integrated into the base material or substrate. The precipitation process is carried out with reaction gases between parallel electrodes feeding a radio which excite the reaction gases into a plasma and finally deposit the product on the substrate. The PACVD process is suitable for the application of coatings on a variety of substrates. The most common applications are for machine components, medical equipment and cutting tools.
